Losing weight (more specifically Fat), I believe should not be through deprivation.
When losing weight via caloric reduction, hunger is inevitable but NOT starvation.

I am a big advocate of volume for satiety. Especially so when calories are reduced. Volume of meals and water content plays an integral role in not just in being able to stay on track but also for mental health.

Last but not least, volume also allows for more inclusion of micronutrients through content of food, keeping the dieter happy, healthy and on the track to success.

    Half N Half.

Roasted Duck with Hoisin sauce and the Goodfellas.

I thought that the sliced roasted duck was a tad bit tough but the Hoisin sauce and crispy popiah skin topping saved this half!

The Goodfellas was a bit stingy with the ‘plump’ shrimps and even the sweet garlic butter left it pretty bland..

The thin crust pizza was also a bit hard and not easy to cut through.
(Could also be because taking pictures left it cold! :p)

Overall not a bad place to try out different and unique flavors on pizza and a quieter venue in Timbre’s arsenal.

Came here for the tutti frutti chocolate dessert pizza but apparently they took it out from their menu (WHY?!)

Still managed to enjoy the thin crust, a decent cup of cappucino and the peace and privacy that comes with.
